The book was written following requests to have a structured practical programme that will help people to apply The Chimp Model and to develop emotional skills for life. By undertaking the programme, it will enable the reader to acquire and maintain psychological health and wellbeing.
I sincerely hope that you will find the book helpful, and that the jungle of life will become much more manageable, as you find your own inner strength”
