Filming and Photography Consent

Our use of photographs and recordings

The photographs / recordings will be used solely to promote Chimp Management. Your photographs / recordings may appear in any of our promotional material in printed or electronic form including but not limited to websites, social media, multimedia productions, books, articles, marketing and leaflets. Please note that websites and social media can be seen worldwide and not just in the UK where the UK law applies.

Data Protection and Legislation

To comply with Data Protection Legislation, we need your permission before we take any photographs or recordings of you. We will store photographs and recordings securely in our library for no longer than six years. You can contact us using the details at the end of this information to request removal of content at any time, but please note that in certain circumstances we may not be able to immediately erase or delete content already published.

By agreeing to the photography and recordings for the purposes outlined above in accordance with the terms of the data Protection Legislation you are agreeing to photography and filming of you as an individual.

Permission to Tag on Social Media

In addition to the use of photographs and recordings as outlined above, we may wish to tag you on social media platforms, including but not limited to LinkedIn, to further promote Chimp Management and its events or initiatives. By providing your consent, you agree to allow us to tag you in such posts where applicable. If at any point you wish to withdraw this consent, please contact us, and we will ensure that your tags are removed from future posts.
