What Others Say About Anna Waters
I am a massive fan of The Chimp Model, it has been one of the central ways I have better coped with depression. My battles with burnout have led me to co-create a festival in London called Getahead which launched on June 13 2018. The aim of the event is to help people learn ‘how to get ahead in life without burning out’.
We were thrilled that Dr Anna Waters came to open our morning talks in a session called “Chimps at Work”. We had a room packed with people looking for tips to manage their mind to further their careers, and companies. Anna was poised, authoritative and clear – resulting in her talk being voted the best of the day. She then shared the stage with a number of entrepreneurs that had faced burnout issues & discussed these with them.
Anna was positive and engaged with what we were trying to do, which helped our small team pull off the inaugural event in style. In all, 1000 people attended Getahead Festival 2018 and we will return in June 2019 – hopefully with our friends at Chimp Management!
Thank you for being so brilliant on our overseas retreat. Your input was inspirational and a real highlight of our business trip. You left us feeling inspired and we have constantly been talking about Chimps ever since! You did a brilliant job and hold the accolade for being so well-liked and appreciated; we are a tough crowd!
