Opening Session

The Chimp Management® Mind Model with Prof Steve Peters:
Prof Steve Peters breaks down neuroscience using The Chimp Management Mind Model. The session will help you understand how key areas of the brain influence emotions and behaviours, gaining practical insights for navigating your mind’s complexities.

Personalised Choices

Customise the rest of your conference experience by choosing two of our three themes.

Theme 1

How to Reset Your Mind into a Good Place:

  1. Turn abstract concepts like happiness and success into practical realities
  2. Transform anxiety, stress or worry into positive outcomes by Gremlin removal and Autopilot building
  3. Effectively manage life events from job change and loss to relationship break up, conflict, and illness.

Theme 2

Drives, Relationships and Behaviours Throughout life:

  1. Examine the dynamics of the child’s mind and major influencing forces.
  2. Explore the teenage brain, focussing on insights, limitations and practical management.
  3. Assess how adults search for stability and the impact of cultural influences – normalising behaviours, navigating cults, and handling social pressures.

Theme 3

Building Strong Team Dynamics:

  1. Establishing team values and ways of working, even in the face of conflicting ideas.
  2. Managing team emotions in individuals for a harmonious working environment.
  3. Improving emotional communication within the team for enhanced collaboration and understanding.

Each of our themes has been designed by Prof Steve Peters and Chimp Management Mentors, offering a blend of fundamental neuroscience, real-life insights, and practical skills to apply to your life.
