Prof. Peters’ Christmas Charity Conference – Valuable Skills, Fun, and Festive Insights!

Come along and get into the festive spirit with like-minded others for our one-day event, for some emotional skills training in preparation for Christmas and beyond. The day will be hosted by Prof Peters and will consist of small, interactive group work focused on simplified, thought-provoking neuroscience with practical applications.

Net proceeds from this Charity Conference will be donated to our designated charities.

The mind is not constructed to live in the moment. This session is about learning how to live in the moment and acquire the skill of managing any interference from the mind.

Applying to be an elf will mean a tough interview

This session will look at what it takes to be successful in life, by exploring the elf’s interview procedure. We will explore the neuroscience of how the mind operates when challenges are taken on. Practical takeaway points will be developed.

Rudolph the reindeer: Things are not all they seem to be

As we explore the story of Rudolph, it reveals more about us than it does Rudolph. This session brings into focus the oddity of how and why the mind can lead us down strange pathways and how to compensate for this.

This session investigates the underpinning reason the Christmas pantomime continues to survive and be enjoyed. We look at the psychology behind the themes, and how we can inadvertently live in our own pantomime.

However, please be considerate that we often have high levels of interest in our services and late cancellations may mean other individuals missing out. In the event you need to cancel please do get in touch to discuss our cancellation policy, discretion will be used in all events and wherever possible we will look to rearrange or move your booking. Please see below for our usual cancellation details: All requests for cancellation will be considered on an individual basis so please do call us in the first instance. In most cases we will look to move your booking to another event or service, however, if you do wish to cancel our policy for this event is typically as follows: – Up to 2 weeks before the event – a £40 may be charged to cover administration costs. – 2 weeks & under – 100% of the ticket fee may be charged.
