A conference open to everybody
This one-day conference will be an opportunity for guided reflection on how you are thinking and behaving and offer changes that can improve your well-being and functioning.
The format of the workshops will be mentored with small group discussions working through practical exercises.
There will be time for discussions and Questions and Answers in each workshop.
Workshop 1 – Decision-making
This workshop will look at the neuroscience of decision-making and how we can improve the way in which we make decisions
Workshop 2 – Removing procrastination
This workshop will look at why we can get trapped by our own mind into putting things off. It will offer ways to unlock this and become more productive.
Workshop 3 – Being proactive
This workshop will address how to become proactive and remove any obstacles to this stance.
