New Troop Episode: ‘Decision Making’

Research and neuroscience tells us that our best decisions are made when the Human and Chimp work together to form a combined decision that factors in emotions, impressions and intuition (from the Chimp) alongised factual information and logic (from the Human).

Caveat to this, we need to make sure that the Human is operating in a helpful way and to do this we need to ensure that the human has reflected on the right aspects of the decision or problem.
