What we do
Our confidential one to one mentoring clinics are available to both adults and children who would like help to understand, manage and gain insights into their behaviours, thinking or emotions.
Some areas that commonly present, include:
- Managing stress, concerns, anxiety or worries
- Improving and building relationships
- Improving self-esteem and self-confidence
- Changing behaviours
- Creating a positive approach to life
- Removing unwelcome or destructive thinking
We appreciate that everyone is unique, so we take the time to fully understand you and your situation. Your Mentor will then work with you to develop your own personal strategy and plan to help you identify your aims and achieve your goals going forwards.

Practical aspects and process
Clinic Times
Our one-to-one 45-minute clinic sessions take place at the following times:
All appointments are conducted virtually via zoom and are subject to availability
The Booking Process
Step 1 – Contact us by completing our enquiry form
Step 2 – We will send you a personal screening form to complete and return
Step 3 – Dr Sarah Caddy, our screening doctor will review your personal screening form to ensure that we can meet your needs and pair you with your Mentor.
Step 4 – Your appointment will be arranged by our 1:1 co-ordinator, Paula Leslie. As part of your first session your Mentor will discuss your case with you and agree next steps.
Step 5 – Further appointments can then be booked with your Mentor for as long as you feel you need the support.
You will be given the opportunity to feedback on all of your sessions and we greatly welcome this.
