Team
We’re looking for a new team member to join us in a senior management, outreach, and business development role.
This is a full-time position based at our office in Tankersley (just north of Sheffield). You’ll work closely with all members of the team — including Steve — and have opportunities to travel and support mentors at events. Salary is negotiable, and you’ll be fully supported and guided into the role.

Key Responsibilities
- Support, inspire, and lead the office team
- Maintain regular contact with staff for daily operations and team building
- Develop strategies to help us reach, engage, and support the public, organisations, and charities
- Be business-minded to ensure the financial security of the company
- Initiate, manage, and develop contracts with organisations
- Work closely with mentors to support delivery, outreach, operations, and team appraisal
