Join us for a one-day seminar at The Coach House, where we explore everyday challenges in a relaxed and supportive setting. Each session focuses on a different theme, offering practical mind management tools that can help you better understand your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours.
With small-group discussions, you’ll have the chance to reflect, learn, and take away insights that feel relevant to you.

We are pleased to offer accommodation the night before the event for delegates who prefer not to travel in the morning. This comprehensive package includes your event ticket, an overnight stay, and breakfast, ensuring your experience is seamless and enjoyable.
Arrival refreshments and a working lunch are included as part of your delegate rate, ensuring a comfortable and engaging experience throughout the day.

Our goal at The Coach House is to create a safe, welcoming, and comfortable space for discussions in a small-group setting. To help us achieve this, we kindly ask all attendees to complete a short screening form.
This step is important to ensure that the event offers the right environment for you and supports your safety and comfort throughout the experience.
Our Venue – The Coach House
Our venue is the 19th-century converted Coach House, located within the breathtaking Peak District National Park, and a short drive from the local towns of Buxton and Castleton. It nestles quietly behind Bennetston Hall which is currently being restored.
The Coach House has been designed to be used specifically for Retreats, as part of Prof Peters’ vision to offer a place where people can learn about the human mind and help them to understand themselves better.
The secluded dwelling hosts 8-ensuite bedrooms, and a large communal space for Retreats, with views overlooking the Peak District. The compact onsite kitchen is fully equipped with all the essential amenities.
Please note that the property can be challenging to reach on foot as there is no footpath on the main road outside.
Free on-site parking.
