Nominated Charity
An egg-cellent charity achievement from Tim and the rescue chickens
At this time last year, aided by Professor Steve Peters' chickens and the generosity of individuals like yourself, we successfully raised over £1000 for our chosen charity - Cardiac Risk in the Young. Determined to surpass our achievements, a goal of £1,500 was set...
Tim works closely with Cardiac Risk in the Young (CRY) and Ride for Charlie.
CRY is a charity that aims to prevent young sudden cardiac deaths through awareness, screening and research, and supporting affected families.
Ride for Charlie is a not for profit company that helps support young off-road cyclists. It was set up by Nick and Sarah in memory of their son Charlie Craig.
Tim’s work for Ride for Charlie involves him raising awareness for CRY, by sharing first-hand stories of sudden cardiac death and the impact it has on family, friends and the wider community. By doing this, he is able to help educate people with a view to strengthening their knowledge; helping to manage and prevent potentially fatal cardiac disorders.
