From Stephanie…

Mentoring at Chimp Management is my third career and the most fulfilling. I enjoy helping clients gain insight into their challenges and develop emotional management skills to improve their lives and careers using the Chimp Model.

Before joining Chimp Management, I worked in large corporations, navigating complex structures, then ran my own business for 11 years so I understand the many challenges facing business owners and managers. Living and working around the world has deepened my understanding of individuals’ uniqueness and what shapes them. I enjoy helping them to understand their mind so they can learn to make better decisions to get improved outcomes, increasing their effectiveness as well as their personal well-being.

I value the trust organisations place in me to train their staff in emotional management skills, so they can become happier individuals, more cohesive teams and higher performing organisations.

Senior Leader Global Tech Company

“I am thoroughly enjoying the workshops with Stephanie. Just to realise that everything you think is completely normal, and then to learn how to manage your day-to-day experiences by controlling how you react and understanding why you feel a certain way, is absolute GOLD

Mandy Foster eCommerce Marketing Manager – Kenwood De’Longhi

Stephanie was very knowledgeable about the Chimp model and the science behind it. She explained the complexities of how the mind works in a way that was easy to understand and relatable to everyday life. She helped us to consider why you sometimes feel and act in a certain way and gave us techniques in how to manage situations whether at work or in your personal life. A very worthwhile use of our time.

Graham Lillis Leadership & Development Advisor – Lancashire Constabulary
