Natalie brings over 25 years’ experience in stakeholder-facing roles, with a career built around creating strong relationships, solving problems behind the scenes, and helping others feel supported.
Before joining Chimp Management, she managed large-scale events at the University of Sheffield—ranging from international collaborations to coordinating graduation ceremonies for more than 27,000 attendees each year.

SAYiT works with young people aged 8-25 and professionals to make real lives better. We provide practical support to LGBTQ+ young people, host a parent and carer group, and our training helps organisations improve knowledge and address discrimination.
