From Frank…
I’m delighted to be part of Chimp Management. What first drew me in was seeing the impact of The Chimp Model on performance and wellbeing – not only in high-profile areas such as elite sport, but also in everyday settings, from workplaces to schools and healthcare.
What excites me most now is being able to support organisations and individuals as they explore the Model for themselves. I really enjoy listening to people’s experiences, challenges, and aspirations, and then helping to shape opportunities for them to learn and grow with our team.
For me, it’s about connection, curiosity, and creating the right environment for positive change – and I feel very fortunate to be part of that journey here.
