Maintenance Course
Maintaining & Applying Your Skills
Course Overview
The Maintenance Course is for people with a working understanding of The Chimp® Model who want to maintain and apply mind management skills in everyday life.
This course focuses on staying proactive, keeping the basics in place, understanding how you relate to yourself, and reviewing how mind management is working for you over time.
Rather than introducing new concepts, the Maintenance Course helps you reflect, refine, and strengthen how you use the model in your own life.
By the end of this course you will be able to:
- Maintain a positive and proactive approach
- Recognise when you are working with or against your mind
- Review how effectively you are applying mind management
- Strengthen habits that support your psychological performance
- Develop a clearer understanding of your sense of self
- Identify common pitfalls in application
