Developing Your Emotional Skills

The Advanced Course builds on the Foundation Course and focuses on applying The Chimp Model® to stress, communication, and interactions with others.

This course explores how emotional messages influence reactions, how expectations and beliefs affect behaviour, and how to respond more effectively in situations that involve pressure, challenge, or repeated setbacks. The final session focuses on developing robustness and resilience through consistent application of mind management skills.
