Troubleshooting Course

Working Through Difficulties

Course Overview

The Troubleshooting Course is for people who are using The Chimp® Model, but feel that something isn’t quite working and can’t get to the bottom of why.

This course focuses on understanding why certain approaches aren’t working as expected. You’ll review habits and beliefs, clarify key aspects of the model, and learn how to make small but important adjustments in how you use the skills.

By the end of this course you will be able to:

  • Identify unhelpful habits and patterns
  • Understand how beliefs influence behaviour
  • Define what success means to you
  • Develop constructive coping strategies
  • Use acceptance as a practical skill
  • Apply mind management when feeling stuck
