VolkerWessels UK partnered with Chimp Management, working with Chimp Management Mentors to provide one-to-one support for individuals across the organisation.
Using The Chimp Model as a practical framework, colleagues were supported to better understand how their minds respond under pressure and apply learning in a clear, straightforward way.
