Participants are responsible for dressing appropriately and bringing suitable clothing, footwear and equipment for the weather forecast and outdoor terrain.

This may include, but is not limited to, severe weather warnings, high winds, storms, flooding, snow, ice, extreme heat or poor ground conditions.
Where possible, the organiser will notify participants of any changes as soon as reasonably practicable. If the event is postponed due to adverse weather or circumstances outside of the organiser’s control, participants will be offered a place on the rescheduled event. Refunds will not be issued unless the organiser cancels the event entirely and does not offer an alternative date.
