Conference and Events – Booking Terms & Conditions
Booking & Payment
- Your place is secured once full payment has been received or an invoice has been sent for payment.
- Invoices must be paid within 14 days of issue or prior to the event, whichever comes first.
Cancellation & Refunds
- Please submit your cancellation in writing to enquiries@chimpmanagement.com. Refunds and credits towards other services are available as follows:
- More than 28 days before event: 100% refund
- 14–28 days: 50% refund
- Less than 14 days: No refund
- If you are unable to attend, name changes are allowed up to 24 hours before the event.
Event Changes
- The organiser reserves the right to make minor adjustments to content, speaker timings, or venue if necessary.
- If the event is cancelled by the organiser, a full refund will be issued.
General
- By booking, attendees agree to respect event guidelines and refrain from recording or distributing content without written permission.
- Accessibility needs must be shared in advance to ensure suitable arrangements.
