About Catherine
Catherine has been part of Chimp Management since 2014, originally joining through an apprenticeship scheme with Sheffield City College. Over the past decade, she has grown both personally and professionally, taking on a wide range of roles across the business as well as achieving a degree in Business Management
Catherine plays a key role in planning and delivering events our conferences and events. With her strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and calm, friendly approach, she ensures everything runs smoothly — whether it’s behind the scenes or front of house.

From Catherine…
My journey at Chimp Management has been an exciting one. I started with an apprenticeship and never imagined how far it would take me. Over the years, I’ve had the chance to take on a range of roles, each one adding something new to my skill set.
Today, I’m proud to organise our events, which I find both challenging and rewarding. I really value the relationships I’ve built here — including lifelong friendships with many of my colleagues. Commitment and trust are cornerstones of my approach, and I try to bring those qualities into everything I do.
Outside of work, I love quiet moments at home and trying out new recipes in the kitchen. I’m also lucky to have two children and am happily married to our former IT manager!
Nominated Charity
KIND (Kids in Need and Distress) helps disadvantaged children and families access essentials like food, clothing, and shelter. The charity offers emergency support and works to alleviate the effects of poverty and hardship.
