From Dean…
For as long as I can remember, I’ve had a deep curiosity about people and a desire to help them reach their potential. Throughout my career, whether in the military or at Chimp Management, I’ve guided, supported, and mentored individuals and teams to be the best version of themselves. As a Mentor, I’ve been fortunate to work in diverse environments—whether it’s supporting Olympians, Paralympians, or INEOS Grenadiers, or working with CEOs, senior leaders, NHS consultants, and military units. Prior to Chimp Management, I spent 26 rewarding years in the military, where I led dynamic teams in challenging environments.
I was honoured to be commended for outstanding team performance in both the Queen’s Birthday Honours List and by the Secretary of State for Defence. I’ve also had the privilege of contributing to research for Prof. Peters’ latest book A Path Through the Jungle and delivering interventions for the published study on how the Chimp Model can help with stress, burnout, and overwhelm. Helping others thrive is truly my passion. I’m grateful to work alongside a talented team and to have the unwavering support of my family and friends, who inspire me every day.
