About Paula
Paula joined Chimp Management in 2022, bringing with her a wide and varied background in client-facing roles across sectors including hospitality, finance and technology. Since joining the team, she has worked across all areas of the support function, helping to deliver a smooth experience for both clients and colleagues.
Paula now oversees our 1:1 client service and provides support with HR within the team. She also plays a key role at our events and conferences. Paula particularly values the relationship built with Rotherham Hospice and takes great pride in supporting them at various events.

From Paula…
Since joining Chimp Management, I’ve had the opportunity to take on a range of roles supporting the team — and I like the fact I can turn my hand to anything. I love the connections I make through our 1:1 service and the variety of people I get to speak to from all walks of life.
My favourite days are our conferences, where I’m usually found on reception saying hello to everyone as they arrive — it’s a role I really enjoy.
Outside of work, I can normally be found supporting my local rugby club with my dog Monty or testing out increasingly random wine and food pairings on my very patient family.

Rotherham Hospice offers palliative care to individuals with life-limiting illnesses. Providing symptom management, emotional support, and respite care for families, it ensures patients receive the highest level of care in the final stages of life.
