About Rafael
Rafael is a seasoned marketing and content professional with over two decades of experience in the film and creative industries. Originally from Brazil, he has worked as an assistant director and producer alongside renowned filmmakers, and since 2016, has been a freelance videographer in the UK.
He joined Chimp Management in 2023 and plays a key role in creating video content across the organisation — including for the website, social media, online courses, and the Troop community. Rafael brings passion, creativity, and a strong sense of purpose to his work, with a commitment to producing videos that not only communicate but genuinely connect with people.

I’m passionate about creating videos that not only communicate a message but also make a real difference in people’s lives. Knowing that my work supports something meaningful inspires me every day and keeps me excited to get out of bed and keep producing content that matters.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my family, staying active, exploring nature, and constantly learning. These passions fuel my creativity and help me bring fresh inspiration and energy to every project.
