About Tanya
Tanya is a creative and dedicated member of the Chimp Management team, responsible for delivering the company’s marketing communications across digital and print platforms. With over a decade of experience in the field, Tanya brings energy, humour, and a hands-on approach to every project—from managing social media and email campaigns to producing brochures, visuals, and promotional materials.
She began her marketing journey as an assistant to a social media manager and has since developed into a skilled full-stack marketing specialist, with a particular passion for working with mental health organisations

From Tanya…
Joining Chimp Management is the next step in my journey of working with mental health organisations. I’ve been there myself, so I know how important it is to spread the word that help and support are out there. I’m passionate about making sure people know they’re not alone—and that there’s something like the Chimp Model to help them understand their mind and work with it.
I love being involved in lots of different projects across the company, and I also get a lot of joy from making my colleagues laugh—whether they’re laughing with me or at me, I’ll take it!
Nominated Charity
Phys Cap provides funding for children with physical disabilities to access the equipment and support needed to improve their quality of life. The charity offers grants to cover medical expenses, equipment costs, and therapy.
