One Day Seminar

What to expect

Join us for a one-day seminar at The Coach House, where you’ll take part in small-group discussions led by a Chimp Management Mentor. These relaxed and supportive sessions focus on key psychological skills to help you understand your mind, manage emotions, and navigate everyday challenges.

With a maximum of 10 participants, each seminar is interactive and discussion based. You’ll have time to reflect, share experiences, and take away practical strategies that feel relevant to you.

What’s Included?

Your delegate rate includes arrival refreshments and a working lunch, allowing you to focus fully on the session in a comfortable and informal setting.

Need Accommodation?

If you’d prefer to arrive the night before, we offer optional overnight stays at our Coach House in the Peak District. You’ll have your own en-suite room, access to shared kitchen facilities, and the seminar takes place in the welcoming living room space.

Developing and Maintaining New Habits

This one-day seminar offers a supportive space to explore habits and changes you may be thinking about, using The Chimp Model to better understand how your mind responds to challenge, discomfort, and change. The day is shaped by what participants bring with them, rather than a fixed programme.

Across the day, we’ll use real-life examples and shared discussion to help you:

  • Understand what often sits underneath habits and patterns
  • Recognise how emotional responses and automatic behaviours influence change
  • Explore what can help change feel more achievable and worthwhile
  • Consider practical ways of staying engaged when change feels difficult

We’ll focus on understanding your Chimp’s reactions and learning how to manage them, so your Chimp can work with you rather than against you when developing habits. There will be time for reflection and discussion, with space to consider how these ideas might be applied beyond the seminar.
