At this conference, you’ll learn the practical applications of The Chimp Model, a unique approach to mind management that utilises simplified neuroscience to help you understand your thoughts, feelings, and emotions, with a festive twist.
Why are humans often driven to offer gifts to others? We will review the impact that giving and receiving has on ourselves and others, and how a gift can transform into a puppet. What are the gifts that life has presented to us? Have we ever even opened some of them?
How is our mind guiding us or influencing us, and where does this take us? We will explore the conscious and unconscious mechanisms that the mind uses to guide or influence us. Then consider how we can employ these stimuli productively in behaviours and decision-making.
Is this really an achievable goal? Peace of mind might be achieved by using values but how do we achieve inner peace? This workshop will consider the effects of gaining or not gaining inner peace and goodwill towards all. We will then look at how to attain these states of mind.
We will look at the surprising outcome when the Human and Chimp change stance. How does this affect us in day-to-day life and what can we do about it? How can we learn to implement change, in order to present to the world the person that we really are?
