Our collaboration with South Yorkshire Housing Association has welcomed over 50 individuals onto our Mind Management Skills for Life course as part of their Good Work Programme. The Good Work programme is a free initiative designed to support those who are looking for employment to learn new skills and achieve their career ambitions within the South Yorkshire area.
Mind Management Skills for Life was chosen by South Yorkshire Housing Association to help participants to gain an understanding of how their mind works through our eight-stage programme. Developed by Professor Peters, the Mind Management Skills for Life Programme was created to help individuals to learn valuable psychological wellbeing skills. Each stage is designed to help participants begin to manage thinking, emotions and behaviours to improve personal resilience and confidence.
South Yorkshire Housing Association recently spoke to some of those who have benefited from the programme.
