We now, more than ever, understand the significant positive impact our Key Workers have within our society. Our aim as an organisation is to help as many people as possible to get the best out of themselves. We recognise that in order to help others, the first step is to be in a good place yourself.
Our approach to helping an individual or team starts with using The Chimp Model to gain insight into how the mind works and help people to think, feel and behave as they want to, rather than be hijacked into unhelpful and destructive patterns of thinking and behaviour. We then help people to learn mind management skills and techniques, to be able to manage thoughts, feelings and behaviours more effectively. Gaining this awareness and practising this skill can develop a powerful foundation for managing and optimising both personal and professional performance.
We continue to support multiple areas of the public sector including, police, fire and rescue services, paramedics, hospitals, GPs and primary care services.
Our team of mentors offers workshops, keynote addresses and bespoke services to help support and improve the wellbeing and performance of your staff. All of our sessions can be tailored to your needs and delivered both digitally and in person.

We offer confidential 1:1 sessions with a trained mentor, who will work with you to establish your development goals and identify the challenges holding you back.
We will support you to develop key Chimp Management skills, working through plans to help you achieve your goals, regularly tracking your progress and acting as your sounding board and guide as you develop your personal skill set. Evidence shows that regular support and external accountability increases the probability of your success.

We use The Chimp Model as a framework to help people understand their own mind and the mind of others by giving them a common language. This way it’s easier to talk about problems and difficult situations. It’s important that your mentor is the right fit for you and we work with you to ensure this is a good match.
